Cancellations and Refunds

To honour the time, energy and care that goes into every session, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur the full session fee. Pre-paid sessions will be refunded where appropriate notice is provided.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us via text message, phone or email as soon as possible.

We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we always aim to approach each circumstance with compassion and understanding. Thank you for respecting both our time and the commitment you are making to your own wellbeing and healing journey.
