This session is for those that have not had a Spinal Flow appointment with me before. We do some testing to look at where the blockages are in your spine, discuss these blockages and then you have a Spinal Flow session. Allow 60mins for this session.
This session is for those that have already had an inital session with me. It onvolves a quick chat about how you are going and then a Spinal Flow session. Allow up to 45mins for this session.
Enjoy a meditation followed by a sound journey to help you set new intentions with the enrgy of the new moon. The session goes for 90mins.
I can do group Spinal Flow sessions for up to 3 people. That could be with your friend, partner or kids! The benefits of group sessions, is you receive the combined healing energies of all those in the room. All those in the group sessions, must have had an intial session before attending the group session. Contact me if interested.
Spinal Sounds combines the healing power of Sound with Spinal Flow. Sessions go for 60mins but we ask that you arrive early and there is no rush to leave afterwards. You do not need to have had a Spinal Flow session prior to attending Spinal Sounds. Contact me if you are interested. We can do up to 3 people at a time or individually.
