Spinal Sounds is a session combining Sound Healing and Spinal Flow. Jeanette from Vibrational Balance immerses you in incredible gentle healing vibrations, while you have Spinal Flow. These are done as group sessions so you benefit from the group energy as well.

The 7 Gateways of the Spine, surrounds the most important organ of your body - the nervous system. When there is full movement through the gateways, the nerve signals can flow and supply the organs and cells of the body. This results in health and healing as well as flexibility and freedom in your life.
Spinal Flow integrates philosophy, science and the healing touch to allow our spine and nervous system to release layers of stress that build up and cause blockages. As part of your post partum Spinal Flow session, a few minutes can be spent on your newborn to help them also release any stress and trauma after the birth process.
